Change of Mind
If you want to amend or add to your order please email customer service [email protected] as soon as possible after placing order and we will do our best to help
Refund
We do not issue refunds for change of mind or on sale category items. Please take care when placing your order to choose the product you want including correct size and colour options where applicable. Please note Hall of Flames LLC does not accept refunds for change of mind on clearance items or sale items.
Exchange
We are happy to provide an exchange / or replacement product if the goods are defective or have been damaged in someway subject to the terms of this refund/ return policy. We do not provide exchanges for change of mind.
Please note if the item is NOT defective in any way and NOT in original condition or a re sellable condition, it is not returnable. Any item not returned within 30 days of receipt by you is not returnable
Hall of Flames reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfumes or scents on the fabric. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
Please do not return any item that is not defective. Any item returned that we determine is not defective in some way will be returned to you at your cost.
To process your return and possible exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Delivery Damage
If you think your order has been damaged during transit, please send us photos and details within 24 hours of receiving the damaged package. Please contact us via [email protected] with all details. We are not responsible for any damage to items that are caused during transit. We quality check all of our products before dispatch.

Shipping Costs
Hall of Flames LLC ship worldwide using stamps.com which selects the best rate and delivery times between USPS and UPS.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any goods to us in accordance with this Refund/Return Policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are responsible for costs of shipping any replacement goods to you where applicable.

Dispatch
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are aimed to be shipped within 1-3 days of order placement – excluding weekends and public holidays. Some specialty or pre-order items may take longer to ship; customers will be notified if so.
Tracking information is available to specific shipping methods. If tracking information is available for your selected shipping method, this information will be sent via email once dispatched on the same day it is shipped out.
Shipping Times & Tracking
All items will be dispatched via stamps.com. If customers would like more information on the location of their items during shipping, it is their responsibility to follow up. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
PLEASE NOTE: there have been major shipping delays for international orders.
Shipping Information
Customers have been experiencing major shipping delays for our international orders. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 60 days of ordering.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If an incorrect delivery address is provided, we are not responsible and have no responsibility to refund your purchase or re-send/replace the goods.
Order Does Not Arrive
We encourage customers to track parcels. Hall of Flames LLC is not responsible for fault of delivery by USPS AND UPS postal services, nor any other carrier. . Please let us know if this happens, however we are not able to refund in these circumstances.
Acceptance of Delivery
Customers are responsible for organising their own acceptance of items based on the delivery options they choose. Any re-delivery of parcels needs to be arranged and paid for by the customer. Please note that payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs to get an idea of any duties or taxes that may apply.
International Taxes & Custom Charges
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All taxes and custom charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Hall of Flames LLC is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
